Destigmatise mental health among youth!

We Care About You!

Mental health is something all of us go through — it’s normal to feel down sometimes. But for some, it gets heavy enough to affect daily life. A study by IMH found that about 1 in 3 young people in Singapore have faced intense depression, anxiety, or stress. It’s even more common for those dealing with cyberbullying, body image struggles, or spending a lot of time on social media. You’re not alone, and it’s okay to talk about it.

About Us

This initiative began as a polytechnic nursing group and gradually evolved into a personal passion. During my attachment at the IMH Mood Disorder Unit, I found myself working closely with youth aged 17 to 21, many of whom were deeply affected by mental health challenges.

This experience inspired me to dedicate my time to advocating for those struggling with their mental well-being.

This page is for people who are struggling with their mental health to inspire them.

Empowering youth mental health is not just a cause, but it is a commitment.
